Accenture and NTT Digital partnered to unlock decentralized digital identity and create a bridge for enterprises to engage with the next evolution of the internet.
The first release went live in July 2025, supporting issuance and verification of digital identity documents such as mobile Driver's Licenses (mDLs). The platform includes wallet and verifier apps that can be white-labeled, an admin console for UWI, and a portal for enterprises.

As one of the first members of the team, I helped shape the platform and its products, taking them from concept to market launch. I focused on designing processes, flows, wireframes, and UX patterns and systems to ensure a beautiful, seamless experience across all types of users, bringing to life the promise of the technology and vision of universality. Throughout the project my role and team adapted to objectives in focus.

The UWI Wallet App enables users to acquire, hold, and share credentials with Verifiers. The App is in production, but not available publicly – it is available for white-labeling for Issuers.
I designed the core flows for all wallet-based interactions and collaborated with the visual design team to make the pages cohesive and production-ready.

The Verifier App enables in-person (proximity) verifications. The user of the app would select a pre-defined verification and request a credential from a Wallet Holder by either scanning a QR code or tapping devices.
I designed the core flows and screens for the Verifier app, with considerations into the various contexts (Verifier and Wallet Holder) it might be used.

The UWI ecosystem includes a console for internal use, as well as a Portal for Issuers and Verifiers. These interfaces configuration, issuance, and management of credentials, among other functionality.
